At Rainshadow Provisions, we believe that how we make things matters just as much as what we make. From day one, our mission has been to create exceptional, whole-food products while reducing our environmental footprint and supporting the people and place we call home.
Whether it’s a Columbia Bar packed with Oregon-grown blueberries or a jar of Raven’s Rose black garlic, our products are designed with intention — not just for flavor, but for sustainability, seasonality, and regional stewardship.
Sourcing with Purpose
We prioritize ingredients that reflect the richness of our region and reduce the environmental toll of long-distance supply chains. That includes:

Oregon-grown organic wildflower honey, sourced from beekeepers helping to protect pollinator habitats

Blueberries and cranberries from Oregon farms that focus on sustainable and organic practices

Citrus sourced regionally and dehydrated in-house — while it’s not grown locally, we work with trusted local distributors to keep as much of the supply chain grounded in the Pacific Northwest as possible
Processing ingredients like citrus ourselves allows us to cut down on waste, maintain quality, and reduce excess packaging — all part of our commitment to thoughtful, small-batch production.
