Black lime is used whole, sliced or ground as a spice in Middle Eastern cuisine. It has a deep smoky flavor with tangy citrus notes. Dried lime offers trace amounts of Vitamin C, potassium, calcium and iron.

We use the highest quality culinary Matcha green tea sourced locally through Mizuba Tea Co. Matcha green tea is a good source of plant based protein and essential minerals including magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and calcium
